Biography: Natalya Gusevskaya has been heading the Department of International Law and International Relations in Transbaikal State University (Chita, Russian Federation). She completed her PhD in 2005 with a dissertation entitled: Cross-cultural Dialog in Education. Her current research interests include contemporary approaches in promoting neighborhood public diplomacy.  She is the author of numerous publications on the issues of Russian foreign policy and Russian-Chinese Cooperation in a frontier region.  She has been the Coordinator of the Annual International Conference on Russian-Chinese Cooperation. Natalya is deeply interested in promoting international student exchange programs.
