Biography: Prof. Muhammad Ismail Kumbhar is a Rural Development, Training specialist, Development Consultant and Agricultural Education Extension expert by profession. He possess 22 years experience in Agricultural Education, Sustainable Development, Research, Extension, Distance, Continuing and Life-long Education and Participatory community, social  and rural development, food security, climate change, value chain, agriculture enterprise development, communication, land reforms, human resource development and strategic management programmer with special focus on extension for rural development, social and sustainable development, agricultural and livestock management, NGOs and community development, Socio-economic research, teaching/training, natural resource management, administration, management, organization development project planning and management, effective coordination with stakeholders. He posses versatile experience in conducting Rapid Appraisal, Social assessments and baseline, midline, end line surveys, monitoring and evaluation of the development projects  and conducting capacity development programs for youth and women groups. He is also expert in event management especially in trainings. Seminars, Workshops and Conferences for sustainable development.
