Biography: Doctor of Philosophy. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong. Now YAU, Yung is working for Department of Public Policy, City University of Hong Kong. In 2019, he won the Emerald 2019 Literati Awards - Outstanding Paper, Property Management - Emerald Literati Network, he is the ASCE Outstanding Reviewer, Journal of Urban Planning & Development American Society of Civil Engineers and he has published several journals and books.
