Dr. Liang GONG is an assistant professor of Institute of Mechatronics and Logistics Equipment at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and now he is ready to be prompted an associated professor. Dr. Liang GONG received his Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (China), 2010. During 2010-2012 he worked as a postdoctor in the Lab of Power Engineering and Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. In the year of 2007-2008, as a visiting PhD student he worked at Lab of Embedded Internet System (EIS lab), Luleå University of Technology, Sweden. His research interests cover agricultural robotics and educational robotics.

He has published more than 30 papers in international and regional academic journals, and he is an editorial board member of “International Journal of Robotics and Automation Technology”. He reviewed more than 20 papers for flagship journals such as IEEE TIE/IIT/SMC.
