2023 International Conference on Higher Education and Social Sciences（ICHESS 2023）and 2023 International Conference on Education, Culture and Economic Development（ECED 2023）were successfully held on November 18, 2023 in Wuhan, China. The conferences are aiming to provide an optimal platform for researchers, scholars, practitioners and students in different areas to present and share their findings, developments and research results.
